Twice in six months, I had attacks of pain, my gallbladder treated successfully chiropractor. Are there certain foods that are recommended to avoid in order to prevent future attacks? Second, there are foods that are comforting to a gall bladder? I know I need to avoid, foods high in fat, which seems to my triggers. I want to take any case that is mine, and not with cholecystectomy? Any tips to stop, to the pain quickly if an attack does not hit? Thank you very much for your help!
