I am 7 months pregnant & would like to know why sitting makes me nauseous & makes it harder to breathe? - is it harder to breathe when your pregnant

It's easy, because everything has to be broken in the upper abdomen near the ribs. But there are worse ..... sorry.

You can find a lot more pressure on the diaphragm and stomach daylight now. Even more pressure on the circulatory system. Maybe discuss with your doctor. Meanwhile, sitting, leaning back as far as possible and see if it helps. in five months long, and one day I had trouble breathing, especially when I sleep. Therefore, most likely normal. But ask the doctor, you do not anythign are safe.

Your diaphragm and abdomen are depressed. Simple as that.
Surpassing the past two months, as a small growth occurs accustomed. My recommendation is to try and others as much as possible sitting in one position.

Think of all that is in the region. There are so many things that your body and then add a baby to the mix! This is normal.
